When we meet at the project site, we will discuss the details and clarify the nature of the project. We will also discuss budgets and timeframes and explore any unique challenges specific to your project. Upon completion of this discovery process, we can decide how to proceed.
If we decide to work together, our next step is to enter a professional services agreement. We commit to creating conceptual drawings to establish a design and budget that meets your approval. You commit to us as your remodeling contractor to construct and complete your project.

We will measure the existing conditions and make drawings of the as-built project. Then, we will take this information and produce the conceptual drawings. We use 3D drawings to help explain your various options including budget and design. As we narrow down the concepts into your actual choices, we create the actual working drawings, contract and specifications. We work tirelessly to help you discover the design and product selections you desire to create your unique project.
                  

Our highly skilled, personable and courteous staff will take this information and produce your project to the exact details you have selected. They will work diligently to ensure that your project proceeds on schedule and that you and your property are treated with the utmost care and respect. Our staff and your project manager will be available to work with you each day to insure that you are happy with your project and its completion.

Upon completion of your project we will be responsive to any questions or concerns that you may have. If there are issues, please call us and we will return and remedy them in a timely fashion. We want to be sure all our projects are done correctly and that you are delighted with the finished project.
